Christabell is a business and community development consultant and researcher with sixteen years of experience in supporting individuals and organisations in developing entrepreneurial aspirations, leadership qualities, strategic thinking, operational capacity, and financial resilience. She has successfully led a thriving organisation locally for fourteen years and has a proven track record of creating a positive impact within and for Global Majority communities.

Christabell is passionate about helping organisations focus on their core purpose, team development, and strategic planning while also enhancing income generation. She consistently achieves high standards by fostering positive relationships and strong collaborations. Christabell specialises in coaching leaders from historically marginalised enterprises and strengthening stakeholder relationships. Additionally, she offers expertise in culture and heritage management and consultancy. She has successfully led the implementation and delivery of arts and heritage programs and has provided direct consultancy in festival production, curation, and sustainability.

Christabell's commitment to professional development is evident through her lifetime accreditation with the Small Firms and Enterprise Development Initiative (SFEDI) as a business development and social enterprise mentor and coach. She has successfully completed a PhD research at Coventry University, where she is investigated Black-led community businesses and their significance to economic regeneration.
