Simon Adabor - Business Development and Partnerships

Simon is an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and versatile individual with adequate transferable skills gained through over ten years of work experience spanning varied fields in multicultural creativity, youth activism and leadership, education and training, advocacy, project management, volunteering, and the social work sector.

Simon works as Operations and Centre Manager at the Highlife Centre Ltd in Coventry.

Simon is a multi-talented singer, songwriter with the ability to play and teach a couple of traditional music instruments including African drums and their accompanying dances. Simon has one music album and two recent music singles released in 2023 and 2025 respectively.

Simon is creative, proactive, and able to take new initiatives with originality while he possesses excellent interpersonal, interdisciplinary and communication skills, as well as people management abilities. Confidence in his skills, talent and abilities make it easy to adapt to new working environments.

Simon is also interested in environmental sustainability holds Master of Science degree in Energy and Environmental Management from the Teesside University.
